OVERVIEW
Yoga in Indian traditions, however, is more than physical exercise; it has a meditative and spiritual core. One of the six major orthodox schools of Hinduism is also called Yoga, which has its own epistemology and metaphysics, and is closely related to Hindu Samkhya philosophy. Many studies have tried to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a complementary intervention for cancer, schizophrenia, asthma, and heart disease.
Experience the magic of beautiful city, Agra which seen the rise and fall of many empires which have left behind a plethora of monuments that the grandeur and glory of bygone ages. A city, which traces its history to Mahabharata for the city of Indraprastha, evolving through a rule of Mughals and finally the British. The city has the most beautiful monument in the world called "TAJ MAHAL."
Day 01 : Arrival at Delhi
Pick up from Delhi Airport and meet our representative who will greet you and
transfer to your respective hotel. Chec-in and take rest. After rest, visit the
famous attractions of Delhi and visit Jama Masjid (Mosque), then visit
Red Fort and Rajghat (Mahatma Gandhi's cremation place). Have lunch
and visit Laxminarayan Temple. Drive past through India Gate,
Presidents House & few other Government buildings. Back to your respective
hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 : Delhi City
Enjoy breakfast at hotel & start full day sightseeing of Delhi city. After breakfast
at the hotel start the Delhi city sightseeing wherein you will visit Qutub Minar
(tallest stone tower in India) & Humayun Tomb. After lunch you will visit the
world famous Bahai Temple which is also known as Lotus Temple. In the evening
visit very famous Akshardham Temple. Back to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03 : Delhi to Agra City
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Drive to Agra City via expressway.
Reach Agra City and meet our representative, who will help you in check-in
procedure at the hotel. After taking some rest and getting refreshed, visit
Itimad-ud-Daulah, sometimes called the Baby Taj. The tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah
is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. Also visit Mehtab Bagh
from where you can see nice view of Taj Mahal by sunset across the river Yamuna.
Visit an Indian Home where you may experience Indian culture and henna on your
hands along with dinner, Cooking Demo, Dance and Singing for watching the Indian

Day 04 : Agra full day sightseeing and shopping
Early in the morning, visit Taj Mahal for sunrise view and experience the
beauty of Taj Mahal. This is one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Taj Mahal -
the marble marvels, the ultimate requiem of love, from a great Mughal Emperor to
his beloved Wife, symbol of love built by Emperor Shah Jahan. Back to hotel and
enjoy your breakfast. Then, proceed for demonstration of Marble inlays Art (the
splendid craft of Agra) where you can experience the same technique of marble art
done on Taj Mahal. Visit Agra Fort, which has served as a cantonment to
Mughals, British and Indian Army. Visit the famous museum in Agra which is famous
for its embroidery work and different types of old jewelleries of Mughal period.
It's a place called "Kohinoor". The name has been mentioned in the book called
National Geographic. After lunch, you can experience local view in a rickshaw or
Tonga ride. In evening, you are free for local marketing of Handicraft, Indian
species, etc. Back to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05 : Agra to Dholpur
After breakfast, check-ut and drive to Dholpur. Reach Dholpur and check-in the
hotel. After rest, visit Garhi Padawali which is actually an old Vishnu
temple. Later it was named Garhi and since it is surrounded by Hills, hence
Garhi Padawali. This temple was built by Pratihara dynasty of the 10th century A.D.,
the fortification around it was built by the Jat Ranas of Gohad in the 19th century.
Visit Mitvali Temple which has a nice view. Though, people say Indian
Parliament House's design is inspired by this Temple but as per further findings,
it appears to be the coincidence. Visit Kakanmath Temple which was
commissioned by Kachchhapaghata ruler Kirttiraja (r. c. 1015-1035 CE). This can be
inferred from a Kachchhapaghata inscription found at the Sas-Bahu Temple in Gwalior.
The inscription states that Kirttiraja built an extraordinary temple devoted to
Parvati's lord (Shiva) at Simhapaniya (modern Sihoniya). By evening back to hotel
for overnight stay.
Day 06 : Chambal River for Yoga
Leave hotel at 9 AM for morning Yoga at Chambal river front. Tourists will be
served with Chambal Traditional breakfast at Chambal shores under the beautiful
sun shine. Drive to Delhi, En-route, visit the Bateshwar Temple. Drop in
Delhi at your respective place or airport.
